We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, quality items, and prompt service with every order. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

General Policy Overview

We do accept returns where we made an error in fulfilling your order. If you received an incorrect item due to our mistake, we will cover all return shipping costs and work quickly to send you the correct item or issue a refund.

If you ordered the correct item but are unsatisfied with it, we may accept a return only for specific product types (see below) under limited conditions.


Returns Due to Our Error

If you receive an item that is incorrect, not as described, or defective due to our error, we will gladly take responsibility.

Conditions for return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received and unused.

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at your request.


Returns for Customer Satisfaction – Breakers and Disconnects Only

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. For circuit breakers and disconnects only, we may accept returns if you are not satisfied, subject to the following conditions:

Conditions for return:

  • You must notify us within 15 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and safely packaged for return.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the item, typically within 3–5 business days of receipt.

  • We do not charge restocking fees, but we reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, tampering, or damage.

Note: We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction on any other product categories.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Items that were used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

  • Returns requested beyond the stated 15-day window.

  • Items returned without prior approval or an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).


How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the next steps and an RMA number. Please do not return any products without prior authorization, as this may delay processing or lead to denial of the return.


Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.
