Warehouse Assistant
Location: Burlington, NC
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Inventory Manager / Office Manager
The Warehouse Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, reconditioning and testing equipment, and handling incoming inventory.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick, prepare, and ship customer orders.

Recondition and test electrical equipment for quality and safety.
-
Load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.

Maintain accurate documentation of all shipments.
Qualifications:
-
Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred.

Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physically able to lift and move heavy items (up to 100 lbs).
Preferred:
-
Forklift certification.
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
Inventory Manager & Digital Listing Specialist
Location: Burlington, NC
Type: Full-Time
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage inventory across three warehouse locations and handle digital product listings on platforms like eBay.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, catalog, and track incoming inventory.

Maintain clean and accurate records in Solid Commerce.

Perform audits and generate movement reports.
-
Draft and publish compelling product listings with high-quality images.
Requirements:
-
2+ years of inventory management experience (preferably in electrical supply, construction equipment, or industrial goods).

Proficiency with Solid Commerce, Excel/Google Sheets, and Airtable.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (forklift certification a plus).
